Meet Bisbee Forward

On Aug. 5, 2025, Bisbee Forward presented to the City Council, introducing the organization and discussing the state of Bisbee’s tourism economy and opportunities to strengthen it. Representing more than 60 local businesses and roughly 350 jobs, we shared data showing declines in visitor spending and highlighted the need for a more focused, data-driven tourism marketing strategy that prioritizes attracting overnight visitors and measuring results through sales tax growth.

We also offered to partner with the City (at no cost) to analyze current marketing efforts, help develop an updated tourism plan, and provide ongoing performance reporting so investments from the bed tax fund generate measurable economic benefits for the community.
