Bisbee Forward saw an opportunity to improve the visitor experience by making timely, local information more accessible throughout town—not just at the Visitor Center.
Every time a visitor walks through the door of your shop, restaurant, hotel, or tour business, they’re interacting with someone who can help them experience Bisbee. The Bisbee Ambassador Program recognizes that important role.
Businesses displaying a Bisbee Ambassador window cling are part of a town-wide network of trusted visitor resources. The cling lets visitors know they can stop in for friendly local knowledge, recommendations, and help finding their way around Bisbee.
And the help doesn’t stop when the doors close. Each Ambassador cling features a QR code linking visitors to curated, current Bisbee information, giving them access to helpful resources even when a business is closed.
Together, Bisbee businesses can make sure visitors feel welcomed, informed, and connected, wherever they are in town.
