Bisbee knows how to celebrate the 4th of July, and this year was no exception, with coaster races down Tombstone Canyon, the Rotary Club Parade, mucking and drilling in Brewery Gulch, and fireworks over Warren at sunset. Right in the middle of it all, Bisbee Forward partnered with the City of Bisbee to sponsor free admission to the Higgins Hill pool from 12–4pm, giving families a way to cool off and celebrate together. While the city continues to sort out its marketing situation, Bisbee Forward has been doing what we can with what we have. We used membership dues to place ads in Tucson Weekly's Summer Survival Guide, putting Bisbee in front of Southern Arizona travelers who are 90 minutes away and actively looking for summer getaways.
