Pirate Weekend Is Upon Us and We Need Your Help at the Dunk Tank!

Pirate Weekend is shaping up to be a banner event. A huge thank-you to Sarah Prochnau and the rest of the Pirate Crew, who have taken a struggling one-day event and transformed it over the last few years into a signature three-day summer festival for all ages!

This year, Bisbee Forward is helping run the dunk tank. Don't worry, you won't get wet! We just need friendly faces to help man the booth. Proceeds fund school supplies for local students. See who's taking the plunge:

• Logan Dodd, Operations Manager for the City of Bisbee Public Works Department, from 11:15–11:45am

• Mayor Amy Burkert, our newly elected mayor, in the tank from noon to 1pm

• Plus lots of Mermaids!

We're looking for booth volunteers from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, August 8.

Every shift filled means more money raised for Bisbee's kids. See you at the tank!
